Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
chapter 7
My former employer filed chapter 7. They bounced my last paycheck and also did not pay me for final week of work. Do i have any legal recourse?

Yes, you can file a claim in bankruptcy court for the amount they owe you. If the company has assets, the bankruptcy trustee will liquidate the assets and pay you your money or at least a portion of it. You may want to get a bankruptcy lawyer to help you.
