Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida

can a chapter 13 plan be aproved if the debtor has assit that generate 90% of his income in which would pay 100% of the secured claims and only 70% of the irs non priorty and un secured old tax debts over a 5 year plan.
problem, the assit if liquidated might pay both claims in ful but would take away my income i am 67 yrs old and living with stage d-4 prostate cancer.
dose the judge have the power to do so in this case
