Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
chapter 7 or chapter 13
we have a unsecured debt of approx 85,000. with a combined income of 54,000. we have 2 children 8 & 10 yrs old. most of our credit is 3 yrs ols with about 15,000 in medical bills and 1-repo for 24,000 in 1995 ( under judgement). our monthly living expenses are 3,300. i have no assests. please advise. chapter 7 or 13.
i belive that after you can see i have no real money to pay back, but if chapter 13 you would recomend what type of payment can they be?

Normally, chapter 7 would be best if you have no assets which can be taken by the bankruptcy court.
