Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
Can the city of oldsmar,fl charge me for water and sewer when nothing has been used what so ever for over 2 years. usage on the bill say zero but every month they charge 25.00 for nothing. On top of the fact that the home was surendered back to the bank during my bankruptcy. The bill for the city of oldsmar was included and they still have every month list on the due bill.
