Can a debt collector keep on calling to collect debt included inbankruptcy after 7 years of discharge? threatens to collect debt.

The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ("FDCPA") and Florida Consumer Collection Practices Act ("FCCPA") protects debtors from unfair collection practices, including with respect to debts that have been paid off, discharged, or are no longer valid.
