Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida

Confirmed dismissal want to dispute

I originally filed Chapter 13 pro se in May 2000. My payment to the trustee was not received in time and an order to dismiss was filed and confirmed. I have spoken to the trustee and they have since received my payment (same day as the filed the order). I have made the regular payments to the mortage company. The agency that I used to file the orginal paperwork is no longer around. I want to dispute or attempt to reinstate the order. What papers do I need to file and what is the cost I need to pay when I file with the court?

Thanks for your time.

Re: Confirmed dismissal want to dispute

You need to file motion for rehearing, if within time allowed by bankruptcy rules, or motion for relief from judgement or order if it is outside of bankruptcy rules. Sorry cannot give you legal advice on timeslimits as that is specific advice not general legal advice. Please consult the bankruptcy rules at your local law library.
