Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
Contemplating foreclosure and/or Bancruptcy in Manatee County Florida on my primary residence. I have a 5 acre parcel free and clear that i need to protect. Can I quit-claim to another party and avoid it being part of any future considerations in the potential Foreclosure/Bancruptcy proceedings?

Not for bankruptcy. It would be considered a fraudlent transfer, and if you are considering bankruptcy as a defense against a foreclosure, then it cannot be done.
