Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
co-signer on a loan
I live in Florida.I co-sign for a family memember who is now claiming bankruptcy. He states that the boat doesn't have to be included in the bankruptcy.I would like to know if this will affect my credit in any form seeing that his name is also on the loan and is it true that he could exempt the boat with no affects on my credit.
