Co-signer for a person filing for Bankruptcy
My daughter filed for bankruptcy and the car that was included in the bankruptcy I was co-signer on it. The car was repossed and the company is trying to make me pay for it. I am deeply in debt myselt and cannot pay for it. What are my rights?

If you signed, you are on the hook to pay. Of course, you too can file for bankruptcy protection.
