What is the basic cost for chap 7 fileing then a possible chap 13 afterwards?

Normal charge $750.00 for attorneys fees. $200.00 for court costs

Fees are a bit higher in Miami/Ft. Lauderdale/Palm Beach. Ch7 $1000.00 Ch 13 $2500.00. Each is plus court costs of $200.00. Neither includes defense of adversary actions or amendments or modifications to a confirmed ch 13 plan.

I beleive you should first consult with a competent atty (such as me) before you do anything. I fail to see what you can gain by filing a ch7 first then a 13. If both are to be utilized, the reverse order is the procedure.
