Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
Court ordered attorney fees.
If during a divorce one party is ordered by the court to pay some of the other's attorney fees can this be included in a bankrupcy filling?

The dischargeability is dependent upon whether if the fees are determined to be part of the support allowances. If it can be determined otherwise, then it can be discharged. In any event the obligation must be scheduled in your petition.

Normally it is not dischargable but that is a technical rule.
