Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
Can credit card companies garnish or sieze my wife's income or accounts if she is not on the credit card accounts?

Prior to getting access to any of your accounts, the credit card company would have to sue you and obtain a judgment against you. If they sued you and your wife together, I assume your wife would claim as her defense that she is not on the card.
