You will lose the car with the plan of action. Seek a competent bankruptcy attorney to guide you through the problem time.

This is a very dangerous plan. You risk not only losing the car, but being charged with bankruptcy fraud which has severe penalties. Further, any debtors which are given preference in planning for a bankruptcy may be required to return all monies paid and the amounts would then be paid to shared with all of your creditors.

I strongly suggest that you meet with a competent bankruptcy attorney to discuss your planned filing.
