Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida

Creditor motion for relief from stay and/or adequate protection

I currently represent myself in chapter 13. The lender wants the court system to dismiss my case for not paying post-petition payments(payments which includes increase in property tax which increased due to me filing my homestead exemption post the deadline date. I continued to make the original payments and not the revised payments). I made a proposition to repay the past due amount in monthly payments, they refused my request. Will the judge dismiss may case inorder for the lender to file foreclosure on my home. Can I re-file chapter 13, to prevent the foreclosure procedures.
