Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
Creditors who are not filed on canceling credit
I filed bankruptcy and creditors that I did not file on and whom I do not owe money cancelled my credit cards. I read in the FCRA that it is discrimination to deny credit to a person who has sought protection under the FCRA. How can I get my credit back with those I do not owe and did not file on?

Re: Creditors who are not filed on canceling credit
Your question is a non-sequitor. No one is obliged to give you credit. If you are fairly deemed a poor credit risk your accounts can be cancelled.
