Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
In seven days my house is going to forclosure auction, can filing for bankruptcy prevent this to happen?

Yes, but filing a bankruptcy just to avoid the sale could be considered the wrong thing to do unless you are actually bankrupt.
