Debt consoldation
If my husband and I seperate and we are doing debt consoldation and he defaults on his half, am I responsible for his half?

Re: Debt consoldation
Your debts are your responsibility. If the debts are joint debts you are responsible. Generally debt consolidation does not alter the underlying liability for payment of the debt.
