Debt exemptions
What happens if ( only )my spouse files for chapter 7 bankruptcy ?
And we are co-owners of motorhome that we live in for 3 or 4 months a year.
The rest of the year we rent a house.

Without knowing exactly how the motor home is owned...what is stated on the certificate of title..., I cannot provide a meaningful reply.
