Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida

Co Debtor Liabilities

I recently filed Chapter 13 bankruptcy and made a specific point of asking my attorney to help me protect my ex wife from 2 of my many debts that she was a co debtor on.

My attorney advised me that if we set up these 2 accounts to pay back 100% that my ex would not be adversely affected.

Unfortunately, now my ex's credit reports is showing a bankruptcy as well as negative late reports on the 2 accounts she was a co debtor on. Our divorce papers stipulated that she would be responsible only for her debts

and she had assumed that I had paid these off. Her personal credit had been flawless, but now she has terrible credit due to my filing. Did my bankruptcy attorney give me very poor advice, and do I have any legal recourse for restoring her credit?
