Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
NEED to get out of dept from vehicle &credit card bills
I have a new vehicle i have had for about 1 year & made only 7 payments on-i am about 2-3 mnths behind & also owe ruffly $10,000 (total) in credit bills that are equally past due-i have a house that i am doing every thing to keep. how can i clear eerything & not jeopardize my house?
