Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
Discharge debt
The bankrutpcty law say that ''generally'' you cannot discharge a court fine or debt. I have a court order restitution, Is it possible to have it dischared? if so, what are the criteria? Thanks in advance for your response.

The basis for discarge would be extreme hardship. In your case, it is doubtful that you would prevail.
