Can you discharge an hoa lien foreclosure through bankruptcy? Or should you file prior to the judge signing the order?

The fees that were due prior to filing bankruptcy can be potentially discharged, but those accruing after filing the bankruptcy cannot. You should definitely file prior to the judge signing the order.
