Discharged & How to know if your home was also Discharged
I was recently discharged from my debts on 8/28/00, i was current on taxes and payments to my mobile home and the land on which it sets. August was Bad bad time again, barley had enought money to live, How will I know if my Land and Mobile home were discharged. I have not had money to pay them since August, and case has already been discharged? Im so scared im going to loose the house and land should I be? I am tring my best to get the money to pay but it seems impossible. Thank you

Some debts are not dischargeable such as mortgages and taxes. If someone does not pay their mortgage or taxes then their home can get be foreclosed and there will be a forced sale of the home.
