What does it mean to have a bankruptcy discahrged?

The direct reply to your question is 'nothing'. If your question was worded properly, then when one successfully completes the process he/she receives a discharge in bankruptcy. The discharge refers to all dischargeable debts being discharged. That means that such debt is gone.
