elderly right when can't pay creditors
I am 82 years old. the only income I have is my social security check. I owe $11,000 on my card and cannot pay. Can they take me to court? What can they take from me?

You can be sued and the claim may be reduced to judgment. Any non-exempt asets you own MAY be taken to satisfy the judgment. If you have none, then all is well.
