employment after bankruptcy
Just wanting to know,how long after a person files chap 7,before that person can get into a job that checks credit.Like financial institution,or even just employment.Because seems like a lot of companies are checking credit before allowing person to work there.

According to 11 USC sec 525, an employer is prohibited from discrimination against someone because they filed for bankruptcy.
