Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida

I had an eviction summon/commercial issued on 8/11/2011,because I was behind make pay my restaurant rent for two months$15,000.00(Oct Nov 2011) .after I got summon, I pay off my rent I owed , but I did not write a answer to dismiss my case until today 03/17/2012. how do I dismiss my case? I shut down my restaurant due to poor business on Dec,23,2011, and filed bankruptcy on 01/05/2012 .my equipment in restaurant are going to auction. my landlord hold this still no dismissed case against me, said my equipment in restaurant belong to him according some law about lease premiss .how do I do right now?

Let the trustee in the bankruptcy know what has gone on, if you did not have an attorney file the bankruptcy for you.
