Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
''excess cash''
during the time frame of filing ch7 and the trustee hearing I expect to have excess cash because of credit card payments not made. would I be able to deposit the funds in my ROTH IRA or would the trustee not look kindly on that action. also do I need to bring anything with me to a trustee hearing.

Upon your filing ch7 all your non-exempt assets, including accretions thereto, belong to the trustee.
