Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
Exemptions
I am considering filing a Chapter 7, I own 2 antique vehicles and 2 regular transportation vehicles, Would they all be considered for exemption? Would my in house furniture also be considered exemptions?

Re: Exemptions
Interest in a motor vehicle up to a value of $1,000 (not including liens) and interest in personal property (such as furniture, money, etc.) up to a value of $1,000.00 is exempt from the claims of creditors in Florida.
