Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
If my ex-husband filed a quit claim deed and awarded the marital property to me in the divorce and later files bankruptcy will they be able to look at my property for recovering money in his name?

Probably not as long as the agreement was reviewed and determined to be at arms length.
