Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida

Need to file for bankruptcy chapter 7 , my dads car is under my name only. He's making the payments in time . I'm am unemployed. How do I explain I don't make the payments in the car ?

This may be an asset that the trustee would choose to go after. Your bankruptcy needs to set out the facts. But the trustee does not want to seize your dad's car, and would probably let your dad purchase your interest, if any, in it.
