Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
should i file for bankruptcy ?
I have a question i was involved in a car accident about 7 months back and did not have insurance at the time that i was in it. now im being suited by the other party, also my car is totalled in which i still owe payments on the loan i took out for my new car. i've been paying my car loan every month to keep from ruining my credit. but its just to much to deal with specially since i need transportation to work. i dont know if thats basis for bankrupcy being that the law suit is for the ammount of $10,000 and my loan is another $10,000 and i have regular bills on top of credit card debts of about $3,000.. i dont know what to do please give me any ideas of what i could do.

You maybe a candidate for bankruptcy. Prior to determining that, you should consult with competent counsel. At that time a full review of your situation would be afforded. Thereafter you could determine the best route for you. You may call me for an appointment, 305-940-8080.
