Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
Can you file for a chapter 7 bankruptcy, switch it to a chapter 13 and then if you can pay the debts through a sale, have it dismissed? And if this happens, have you technically filed for bankruptcy? In other words, do you check yes to having filed for bankruptcy in loan questionnaires?

You can't automatically dismiss your Chapter 13 bankruptcy if you started in a Chapter 7.
You would check "yes" in loan questionnaires about having filed bankruptcy.
