Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
I filed bankruptcy Chapter 7 last Dec 2008 and it was final in March of 2009. I signed a reaffirmation agreement with my mortgage company. Now I can't make the payments and they will probably have to foreclose,. How will this affect my credit ?
