Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
I filed for bankruptcy effective 12/09. My home was included in the discharged debts. The mortgage company has still not foreclosed. I am getting code violation notices and threats from the county for structures that were on the property when I bought it that apparently were not permitted, and for lawn cutting. Do I need an attorney?

Hello:
This is not a dischargable debt under bankruptcy, especially if you still own the property.
