Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
I filed Ch 7 bankruptcy, never reinstated mortgage loan but made payments for 2 years (the mortgage is still in bankruptcy status), now I am getting behind in payments, am i protected or what choices do I have?

If you filed Ch 7 then your bankruptcy is long since discharged and there is no ongoing protection, so I do not understand why your mortgage is in a bankruptcy status. Once your bankruptcy is discharged, then if you become deliquent on a debt there is no protection under the previous bankruptcy.
