Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
I filed for chapter 7 bankruptcy in March 2009. Want to find out when can I file for chapter 7 again.
Currently in a bad financial situation with loss of income. This is why I am trying to find out when. How much would cost to file for bankruptcy chapter 7.

It is probably best to wait around 8 years.

Hello,
To file another chapter 7 case, you have to wait 8 years from the date you were discharged in the last case (usually about 100 days after you filed the case). So, that would be in 2017 sometime. However, you can filed a chapter 13 case (which requires that you participate in a payment plan) at any time.
