Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
We filed Chapter 13 in 2005 and discharged it April 2006, I was just laid off in December 2008 from a fairly high paying job and we've already lost our home to a short sale but have been living on credit cards, Can I file a Chapter 13 again?
