Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
filed chapter 7 in 2007- can I reopen case to include student loans...drowning and cant afford to pay the monthly payment of over 2k when i only earn 2,400 per month, i have over 200k in student loan debt its destroying my credit and family

Student loans require an adversarial proceeding to be discharged. Your chapter 7 was closed, probably many years ago, and it cannot be reopened. Perhaps you can wait a few more years and file another chapter 7 and this time be able to show that paying the loans is truely an undue hardship to you.
