Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
Filing Amendment
If I filed bankruptcy and have received a discharge notice, and subsequently realize a specific item was not listed, is there a way to amend the bankruptcy to include the item? The item is a fishing boat with motor.

You may always reopen your bankruptcy to include items of property left off. In fact I believe you have a duty to have your schedules be complete
