Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida

Filing a complaint objecting discharge

I am a business who performed services for an individual who has now filed bankruptcy. To date, I have not been paid and have missed the meeting of creditors. I have until November 4, 2002 to file an objection against this individual. Is this appropriate or will it be deemed by the court that I am attempting to collect a debt according to the bankruptcy code?

Proceeding in the Bankruptcy Court is not a violation of the automatic stay. I would suggest you consult with competent counsel prior to filing an objection to discharge. If you desire, calll my office at 305-940-8080.
