Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida

FL Bankruptcy Law & Internet Auction Fraud

Here is the deal, I started my own corporation last December to sell computers on the internet, sales were going good for about 6 months and then all but stopped because of the economy & the issues with war in Iraq.

Anyhow, I was also using all income from sales to purchase parts for the customers who had sent money for their computer systems. When no more sales came in, I fell way behind in orders and ended up stopping taking orders completely after 39 orders had been completed & outlook looked dim to get caught up on the other 19 orders that I could not fill, even though their funds had already been used to pay business expenses & purchase parts for other systems. My question is, if I file chapter 7 bankruptcy personelly in Florida and disclose all the parties involved that I am doing so, am I to be held personelly responsible and could face Federal Fraud charges for not honoring the agreement to send them what they paid for? My attourney currently is stating that I have not committed a criminal act, but I am very unsure because they paid for merchandise and have not recieved it.
