in florida if I am in bankruptcy- is spendthrift trust safe from creditors ?

There are spendthrift clauses placed into trusts for the purpose of keeping the assets from creditors however the validity of the clause and the trust depend on the type of trust, language within the trust, and the circumstances involved. Accordingly, an answer cannot be given at this time.
