Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
In florida, if I declare personal bankruptcy do I need to disclose a real estate property that is in the name of an LLC if I am the only member of the LLC. I do not want to include the property in the Bankruptcy.

Yes. The LLC is an asset of yours. The failure to disclose all your assets can have very serious consequences.
