Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
If we are forced into bankrupcy? my wife has worked all her life for her 401k and profit sharing? will she loose that? we have a second house [not much] i beleive we can keep one?? right? very scary, but cannot be helped! please help thankyou

Under Florida Law the 401k will most likely be exempt. You should find a local bankruptcy attorney and get a free consult.
