I am forclosinf on investment properties in Az and want to file Chapter 7. I have not lived here in AZ for two years until November 2009. I preiously lived in Florida.

I own a home in AZ.

What is the procedure to file in Florida when I now live in AZ

You can still file in Arizona. You'll just use the Florida exemptions.
