Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
Forclosure
I am planning to file for bankruptcy under chapter 13 since i am in arrears. A summary jugment has already been granted to the mortgagee. Can i still keep my condo in florida which is my primary home that i live in if i can come to a chapter 13 arrangement with my creditors. Can you suggest some good books on the subject that i can read to get more information.
