Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida

Does Foreclosure Ever Go Away

Approx 1 1/2 years ago I lost my house to foreclosure. I am having a very hard time trying to rent an apartment to live in since the foreclosure is on my credit history. Is there any way to remove the foreclosure, or does the foreclosure remain forever? If so, how is a person supposed to be able to rent another dwelling? There's got to be a way this can be resolved...please help..Thank you

It does seem hard after a foreclosure to get everything together. I have had many clients say it is easier to buy another house after foreclosure than to rent. You may want to look at this website on methods to help you rebuild your credit and purchase a home after foreclosure. http://www.foreclosure-law.com/order.htm
