If the house is repossesed before you file bankruptcy and someone purhases it with your belongings, are you entitled to your property??

If the sale has taken place, your best bet is to call the new owner and request your belongings

If the lender has taken possession of your property through foreclosure they will normally put your property on the street or dispose of it. Get your property out before the foreclosure
