Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Florida
Over our heads
We pay mortage on a house in another state & work and rent a home in Florida, we are over our head in cc bills & doc. bills - could we file for bankruptcy, on only our credit cards and second mortage and some of the doc bills? We lease
our cars - How will that effect our leases?
